In my own head

I've gone insane,

And come back again,

In my own head,

Every thought I made,

Completely on my own,

Jumping around thought to thought,

And knowing that none are truly my own,

This a thing I brought,

Upon myself,

Now I write this down,

Trying not to annoy myself,

Sitting here like a clown,

No idea what to do,

Talking to myself,

Like I'm talking to you,

And I know this is no good for my health,

But I can't help it,

I created this monster,

So I have to deal with it,

Like everyone has too.
